Important Details-

    1. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements. All pertinent hotel information can be found here.
    2. *Student registration rate is a Student Fellowship Program Price. All students are required to submit a poster abstract.
    3. All conference session attendees will receive a link upon arrival with access to speaker presentations. PANIC will update this link after the conference with the updated presentations and late submissions. Please note: Not all speakers will be able to / have permission to submit slides for inclusion.
    4. Program and speakers are subject to change. PANIC will make every effort to notify conference participants of speaker cancellations and/or schedule changes. PANIC will not be responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation and/or date/time changes.
    5. CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your registration; you must submit your request for a cancellation in writing via e-mail no later than four (4) weeks prior to the first day of the conference in order to receive a refund minus a $250 processing fee. No cancellation requests will be taken by phone. Cancellation requests received less than four (4) weeks prior to the first day of the event are not eligible for a refund.  In the event of an emergency, cancellation requests will be reviewed by the PANIC board on a case by case basis.
    6. SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Substitutions may be processed prior to the registrant arriving at the PANIC conference. The request must be received by PANIC in writing via email.
    7. The on-line registration closes on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

Student Travel Grants PANIC 2023

PANIC is pleased to provide a limited number of travel grants for students and postdoctoral fellows who present applicable posters at the 11th Annual Practical Applications of NMR in Industry Conference (PANIC). Students or postdoctoral fellows conducting research in industry or with professors at Universities throughout the world are eligible.

To apply for a Travel Grant, applicants should submit the following documents, along with a request for consideration, to Ryan Nieuwendaal (cochair@panicco.org)

  •  Two letters of recommendation. At least one of these letters should be from the applicant’s advisor or supervisor
  • A PDF version of poster abstract
  • The applicant’s CV

The deadline for travel grant applications is January 6, 2023.
