COVID for PANIC

We look forward to connecting with the at the upcoming PANIC NMR Conference!

This conference is moving forward as a live conference with enhanced health & safety measures.

PANIC continues to prioritize the health and safety of all guests by adhering to CDC and local government guidance. As a result, masks will be required at the upcoming PANIC conference. Face masks will be available onsite for attendees if they do not have their own. We appreciate your patience as we adapt our requirements to meet expert guidance and keep our visitors, partners and staff safe.

Cleaning & Hygiene

Cleaning practices have been thoroughly enhanced to ensure we are exceeding standards for disinfecting and hygiene with an increased focus on key touch points at the hotel. This includes doorknobs, railings, restrooms, food & beverage areas and our registration desk.

Personal Hygiene

There will be a hand sanitizer station at the PANIC NMR conference registration desk, in the exhibit hall area, and in the back of the ballroom where sessions are taking place. Additionally, we encourage all conference participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Physical Distancing

The conference ballroom has been set up to allow more space among conference participants. To limit personal contact, PANIC encourages all meeting participants to share information digitally rather than exchanging business cards.

Face Masks

Face masks will be required at the upcoming PANIC conference. The only exception is when you are actively consuming food or beverage. Masks will be available onsite for any conference participant who does not have one.

Proof of Vaccination

Currently, COVID-19 vaccinations are not required to attend the PANIC NMR Conference. If we decide that you are required to get tested 72 hours prior to the conference, we will notify you immediately.

Safety Guarantee

No environment or space inside or outside of the home can ever be 100% safe. Through measures such as enhanced deep cleaning before, during and after events, non-contact registration, and social distancing, we are striving to provide the highest standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness, and to ensure that following COVID-19, our attendees, partners and colleagues can connect, learn, know more and do business effectively, safely and with confidence.
